
ANDREW KERSTEN

Labor Studies, History
Andrew E. Kersten received his Ph.D. in American History at
the University of Cincinnati in 1997. He teaches the United States Survey,
United States immigration history, United States labor history, American
colonial history, and the history seminar. He has published two books,
Race,
Jobs, and the War: The FEPC in the Midwest and Politics and Progress:
The
American State and Society since the Civil War, and several articles.
Currently he is working on a history of work in America. He is also
interested in and has written about the history of the city of Green Bay.
