Laatsch is UW-Green Bay’s chief academic officer, chief operating officer and is responsible for the overall quality of the educational program. His administrative responsibilities include academic affairs, student services and information services. Associate Provost Sewall works under the direction of the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs to provide leadership and coordinate activities that promote an enriching academic experience for students including FOCUS (First-Year Opportunities and Connections for UWGB Students), international education programs and credit summer course offerings. Responsibilities also include oversight of institutional programs and services that support student learning and instruction including institutional research, assessment and faculty professional development activities. Academic Affairs budget management and commencement ceremony planning are additional areas of responsibility.

Judi provides executive assistance to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Duties include general administration of correspondence, reports, and requests; ensuring important/urgent matters are addressed by the Provost; coordinating and maintaining the Provost's calendar; assisting in the development of the Provost/Vice Chancellor's budget and planning documents; implementing and monitoring the Provost's office annual operating budget; and serving as office manager for the Provost's office. Judi also facilitates the lead academic department associates team activities on behalf of the Provost. She currently serves on the University Planning Committee and previously served on the Strategic Budgeting Committee.

Jan provides administrative assistance to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and the Coordinator for Assessment and Testing Services, as well as backup assistance to the Provost. She is also support staff person for the FOCUS program and the Faculty Development Center. Jan assists with arrangements for professional development activities, on-site visits from outside agencies, and various campus events. Jan currently serves on the Classified Staff Advisory Council.
